Shipping
Handling Schedule
After receiving your payment, we take 1-2 working days on regular order of beads & findings. 3-5 working days on Handmade jewelry. And 2-4 weeks of the production and custom order. Once order shipped, the shipping details will be sent to you.
Note: In the case of we cannot fulfil the order or wait for your advice, we will contact you via email.
Packaging
Each product will be packed in the plastic bag and retained in the zipper bag, we do not use a display to avoid the heavy packaging and high shipping cost. We use standard packaging that is strong, secure and bubble wrapped for shockproof.
Domestic Shipping
Always FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders, we will ship your order with “Registered Mails” it will take about 2 to 3 working days to arrive at your doorstep.
International Shipping
Our shipping cost is calculated by weighing, the heavy item will cost you more. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
We use the "Airmail Registered" to ship your order and it will take about 10 to 20 working days to reach your doorstep.
Note: for the USA we make our best time about 5 to 10 days to arrive, Europe it take almost full schedule and Asia is about 7 to 10 days.
When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this; it is in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package is may delay up to 4 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally and sometimes they, unfortunately, take their sweet time!
Customs Duties & Other Fees
We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, but one thing that all countries do the same is allowed a citizen to import a certain amount of goods without paying the customs duty. Please check with you customs in your country before importing goods.
Most packages go through without any charges, and it is somewhat randomly, but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping costs. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

Insurance
All shipments from "Beadnic" are insurance coverage. (only product value). Insurance will work in case of package lost or damaged products.
We will ensure 100% of the products volume.
Returns

At Beadnic.com, we are proud to ensure 100% of your satisfaction of all order over a long period of 15 days, after the arriving date.
You can feel free to return the item for any reason within 15 days to exchange or get a 100% refund. "NO questions ask".
How to Return
To return an item, please simply notice us before sending your return. We including "The return kit" for all our packages please follow the step of how to return, if you have difficulty to understands our instruction, please contact us at salesbeadnic@gmail.com.
Note: Shipping and handling are non-refundable. "Buyer is always responsible for return shipping cost".
Always provide a tracking number and insurance for your returned merchandise we are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transport.
Condition of the returned item must be at least 90%
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Receiving damaged products, please immediately contact us with photos of the damaged product, packaging, and anything that necessary for us to know. We handle this issue by shipping the replaced product or refunds the money as you wish.
Exchanges
We accepted exchanges product in case of the product is not fit, damage by normal used. simply take photos and to prove it to us. We reserve the right to decide if the products can be exchanged or disable.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of exchanging products.

Ordering Policies
Cancelling Order
If you wish to make any change or cancel your order please notice us within 24 hours. After the order is out of Thailand, we will not be able to stop the delivery, in this case, you must refuse to receive the order, then the package will return to Thailand. Once we receive the return package will be able to refund your money.
Note: in this kinds of situation, Beadnic will not refund the shipping cost, package lost or cost of damage product.
